THE "WAFOS" COLLECTION
Wafos" in the Mguembah language of West Cameroon means scouts. This name is attributed to valiant men who have contributed to the development of the village.
It is a name for notables. This collection, based on an original work I created in 2020, was generated using artificial intelligence and then finalised using the Adobe suite. The rather charismatic characters wear big ears inspired by the Bamilké elephant mask. A sign of respect.
Through this artistic adventure, I'm taking the opportunity to revisit some of the great names of my village's notability and pay tribute to these valiant men who uphold our traditions and continue to perpetuate ancestral values in Bamiléké country.
